Tell Your Story

We wrapped up our summer sermon series today with a look at Acts 22:3-21, Paul's talk in the Temple.  When given the opportunity to speak to the people who tried to kill him, Paul didn't argue with them, or lecture them, or even preach a sermon to them -- he simply told them the story of how he met Jesus. Paul's story is a model for how we can tell our story, too:
  1. What were you like before you met Jesus?
  2. How did you meet Jesus?
  3. How has your life been different after?
Listen to the sermon here Monday morning.

By the way, it's great to be back.  We took a nice two-week vacation with the kids.  I taught three days at beautiful Mt. Carmel Ministries in Alexandria, Minnesota.  Then we headed over to northern Wisconsin for a week of rest and relaxation on the lake.  It was good to be gone and rest a bit; it's good to be back in the saddle preaching again.
